The company has its own Jewellery manufacturing factory in Jaipur, fully equipped with latest technologies in Designing, Casting, Model-making, Stone-setting, Polishing and Finishing (Mirror Finish) with more than 100 skilled workers, 10 workers involved in CAD manufacturing. Onsaz expertise in ‘Pneumatic Air Pressure Hammer Setting & Wax Setting’ in manufacturing process; from Designing - Fabrication - Refining of Gold to Making is done under one roof. The use of latest technologies in production enables to match the International Quality Standards in each piece of Jewellery. To meet the making standards, the whole process starting from selection of superfine gemstones to the final finishing of the each ornament undergoes very tough examinations by its qualified quality controllers.
